Today's guest is Gwen Zywicke, an ultrarunning friend in Louisiana. Gwen is a professor at LSU who has been doing some really interesting research. You know that feeling when you are running and you're in the zone? In flow? That runner's high? Well, Gwen is researching that and the connection with the mind, body, and spirit, particularly as it relates to ultrarunning! You'll love how passionate she is about her work on her book that will be entitled, "Ultrarunning Mysticism". This was such an interesting conversation!
