Many companies are preparing to return to the office this fall, but how is that going to work? Will the way we do our jobs be forever changed because of the pandemic? Do American workers have the motivation – and opportunity – to change the status quo? These are all questions we had, so Recode’s Rani Molla asked them for us. She talked to Tsedal Neeley, a professor of business administration at Harvard Business School, and here is part of their conversation.
