Hello my beautiful souls! It's been a hot minute but I am back! In this episode, I discuss death and explain what the 5 stages of grief are. As always I express my views on death and dying as well as share experiences I have had and how I responded to it. Furthermore, I explain different ways to heal from loss. Death is something we all would benefit from getting more comfortable with which is why it is so important to talk about it!
