Janick Tremblay est atteinte de tyrosinémie depuis sa naissance. Au départ, les médecins ne lui donnaient que quatre ou cinq ans à vivre. Grâce à plusieurs avancées médicales, notamment la greffe du foie, Janick Tremblay a pu célébrer son 37e anniversaire et donner naissance à deux enfants. « L’avenir est là et il n’est pas sombre, il est intéressant pour les patients qui sont atteints de tyrosinémie », assure-t-elle.
