Augmented reality and virtual reality usage exploded during COVID as retailers quickly had to find ways for customers to test products. "Faces and Spaces" are early adopters of VR in retail, but they're just the beginning. Virtual reality has proven to be an invaluable tool for retailers to increase customer satisfaction, increase conversation, and dramatically reduce returns.
