With Mother's Day coming up tomorrow, I wanted to take a moment and encourage you to introspectively think about how you are "mothering" yourself. Most people don't consider themselves to be at peak wellness and it's important to know what wellness really means, so we know how to describe it to ourselves and then improve it. After all, if we are mothers to humans, pets, or part-time mothers to our students, we want to be at our best for them. And this is how to help that happen.
