Today's episode is an explanation as to how stress and anxiousness in your life can contribute and sabotage your healthy habits and weight loss efforts.

We first examine the links to today's lifestyles and worklives to stress and other mental/emotional changes.

Then we will talk about how when you don't address the need to make some sort of change on how to reduce stress, your body will choose a time to force you to do so.

Lastly, understanding how increased stress reduces and even sabotages your weight loss efforts is important to know, as it could be the missing piece as to why you might be struggling.
