Suncor's sustainability goals relate to environmental, social and economic initiatives and their Indigenous Student Program (ISP) supports their social goal effort of strengthening relationships with Indigenous communities in Canada. Today's guests are Jamie Cluff, Suncor's talent advisor, and students Lambie Hamilton and Connor McCallum. They share their experience with ISP, a program that grew 400%, from 17 students in 2017 to 72 students in 2018, with various roles in areas including Sarnia, Edmonton, St. John's, Calgary and Wood Buffalo.
