For 7 days we will be immersed in the Caribbean coast, practicing yoga, and tending to our sacred hearts. Together we will reset the nervous system, interact with our luscious environment, and embark on a self-love journey filled with equal parts restoration and adventure. The rustic retreat center (Tierra de Suenos) is just outside the Caribbean resort town of Puerto Viejo, nestled in the jungle right next to some of the most beautiful beaches in Costa Rica.

The price of the retreat is $1500 and includes 7 nights of accommodations, 3 locally sourced meals a day and 2 daily yoga classes where we will journey through the Chakra system each morning and close our days with yin/ restorative and yoga Nidra practices at night. Plenty of free time is woven into the schedule to allow for optional tours, activities and excursions as well as wellness activities offered by the Retreat Center.
