妊娠から出産までの情報は耳に入りやすいですが、産褥期(産後4週間)のことはノータッチだった故に「こんなに大変なの？！」と驚きの大変でした。お産も子育ても、決してひとりではできないのだと思い知らされた4週間でした。これから身近に産婦さんがいたら、その方にサポートしてくれる人がいなさそうだったら積極的に手を差し伸べたいなと思いました。そんな優しい世の中になったらいいなと思います。
