I used to struggle a lot in my morning in day-to-day life till when I found the actual cause of this problem. So yeah it was all about my habits. A few months ago when I was on my journey to overcome my phone addiction, I also had a planned chart to improve my other daily habits where I was lacking, and fixing my morning was one of them.
In this episode, I have explained 5 simple habits/tips which you can start to work on from today onwards and can see results. Eventually, you will find your selves habitual to these activities and Thank yourself later.
So slowly I have to build up some habits which are supporting my other habits at the same time and helping me to grow overall. To find balance, I do take some breaks sometimes to just cheer up and reset my mind from disciplined routines.
