Today's episode we talk about speaking the truth in love in the holidays. We sometimes need to take a time out and have some quiet. It's good to communicate this clearly and lovingly to our spouse so they know what is going on and don't feel isolated. By clearly expressing our needs, we let our spouse know that the relationship is in a good spot, we just need.......(whatever it is that you need) whether it's time to clean the house or a nap and a snack. Read Ephesians 4 especially verses 15 and 29.
