You know you are a genius, right? Ooooh just that question alone can really stir up some uncomfortableness. I get it, we often dim our brilliance, as if it is not ok to shine and shine bright. And usually, it’s because there is something driving that wanting to keep us safe inside our comfort zone. As we move through August, we are talking about things from the context of comfort zone and this week it’s all about your unique genius and leading from it – even when it’s uncomfortable.
