The only thing MEH about today's crossword was the presence of MEH in the grid (20D, Passable, at best) -- otherwise, it was filled with LEVITY (59A, Lack of seriousness about a serious situation) and worthy of at least one HURRAH (60A, "Yay!"), possibly more.
