I reached out to Aoife, founder of @womenshealthdublin to share her knowledge and fill us all in on the importance of going for even one assessment. We chat about the assessment itself, antenatal and postnatal pelvic floor awareness, correctly returning to fitness and using pelvic floor trainers.Below I have linked a website which you can use to find a women’s health physio in your area. If you can, please take the time to go for an assessment. Various health insurance providers cover part of the cost so make sure to check.
