  • You say words matter. What do you mean by that and how do you help with writing copy?
4. Website Creation
  • When we were creating our website, one of the first things we did was give Franki website inspiration. We sent her links to sites that we liked, for example, the navigation, the photography, the wording, etc. Several of these sites were NOT interior design related which was a good exercise for us. We didn’t want to imitate our competition and we wanted to make sure that it worked well on ALL devices.
  • We discussed logo, color, font, and how we wanted our portfolio to look. A few things we didn’t have in our last website was a “shop page”, an e-design link, a pop up inviting you to receive our newsletter and a rolling Instagram feed.
5. Grow Your List
  • Talk about the importance of this
6. Getting Discovered
  • Behinds the scenes (the back end of the website) – this is where Franki really helped us. We did not have a clue as to how any of this worked. Tell us about SEO, the keywords, and what you did to help us be found in searches.
  • Tell us about SEO, the keywords and what you did to help us be found in searches.
7. Analytics
  • Talk about the built-in analytics tools that measure performance and traffic
8. Training
  • One of the great advantages of working with you was all of the training videos you shared with us so that we could make changes on our own. Square Space is very intuitive and it allows us to add press, new projects or change verbiage, a great way for us to keep our website from being stagnant.
