Katie is one of the nation’s most sought-after experts on student safety and healthy relationships and is the first woman in the United States to speak out nationally and publicly as the victim of campus “date” rape at age 18. Katie shares her very personal story of date rape as an 18 year old at William and Mary and how she found the strength to become a very visible advocate for change. We discuss ways for our children to be safe on campus and what we can do to help.
