Alison is a mind-body transformation coach & Wellness Practitioner, helping individuals transform to be their best version of themselves.
Alison specialises in helping teens & adults manage anxiety/stress & those with chronic illness to lead a happy healthy fulfilled life beyond their wildest imagination.
As a certified clinical hypnotherapist, she also uses EFT and NLP, BLAST trauma tools and energy healing including Theta and Reiki to work on the subconscious mind to uncover and heal blocks, limiting beliefs and old patterns so her clients can heal and thrive no matter what challenges life is throwing at them.
Prior to starting her own well-being business Alison spent over 25 years in the corporate world. Her most recent role was as Global Group Head of Talent & Development for Nord Anglia Education and their 60 international schools and before that, she spent held senior HR positions in top law firms both in London and 9 years in Hong Kong.
She is trained in Past Life Regression and is also furthering her studies of this modality with a post-grad diploma in the subject.
