I was thinking about what I wanted to talk about today on the podcast and I wanted to do a little spin on, some of my favorite books that I'm currently reading right now. I feel like for me, I am constantly learning and growing and I'm constantly grounding myself in the truth and the concepts that I teach my clients. These books are much more that recovery books!

In Episode 195, I share my 5 MUST reads with you! Each of these have different unique perspectives on self acceptance and on embracing your most authentic self. I really feel it's an honor to bring these to you because I understand, like I totally understand where you are right now.

You are done. You are tired. You are listening to my show because you want to feel better about your life. You don't want this year to be like every other year. But you still struggle in areas of food restriction, of body image issues, of over exercise, or compensating with exercise, or just never feeling enough.

And it's time to get off that hamster wheel sis. I also know that if you're looking for personalized support, I might just be your girl.
