We have all heard of Dry January, well this week we are talking all things Sober October!
Why it doesn't have to be the most boring month of the year and could be the start of a whole new lifestyle.
Even if you aren't looking to go fully sober, we talk about the reasons why this is a great month to have a break from alcohol and try new things.
