Welcome to Episode 10 of GrassRoots – Women’s Rugby from the Roots Up.

Fiona gives us a great behind the scenes tour of life as a ref when teams are feeling the pressure and takes over the helm of the scuttled schooner of Knock on / Knock off - it’s a fascinating listen.
We have mini interview pitch-side with Cheltenham Tigers and finally manage to pin down ChezSez for a catch up with the usual mayhem.
