A lovely bonus edition of the podcast here as Pip and Andy kick off plotting the lineage of their friendship before our ears, which is a lovely thing to behold and even something we can do with our own friends perhaps. In learning more about Andy, we also learn more about his organisation Born Human, which revolves around mental health in a very focused way. What’s cool about this episode is that we hear what the organisation’s ‘personality’ is through hearing from Andy, which is the perfect way to do it. Everything from rituals, loss and grief, family, birth, the minds of kids, safe spaces, post natal depression in mothers and fathers, the benefit of the walk and talk, preventative care and the Born Human podcast.
