Aaron Wong
Utilizing over a decade of investing and entrepreneurial experience, Aaron has developed a strong track record of success. Within real estate, Aaron focuses primarily in multifamily properties through self-ownership, joint ventures, and syndications as both sponsor and limited partner. He was recognized by Utah BusinessQ Magazine as one of the top 40 under 40 while a business startup he founded was acknowledged by the same publication as The Best Kept Secret for his leadership. Aaron graduated from the University of Utah with dual bachelor’s degrees in Chinese and Asian Studies along with a Master of Business Administration. Aaron also has a master’s degree in Management with additional certificates in change management, organizational leadership, and project management from Colorado Technical University. In his spare time, Aaron enjoys spending time with his family, playing sports, and scuba diving.

Brett Davenport
Brett is a Managing Partner at Gibby's Capital and is based out of Houston, Texas. He is an accomplished technical service and asset manager with 30-years of hands-on project experience for the leading utility based out of Denver Colorado, and a global engineering firm that is a leader in technical professional services. Utilizing his EMBA from Colorado State University, his skills in financial and asset management along with relationship building, he is a conduit for any investor looking to building a legacy of wealth. On a more personal level, having a family- centered focus keeps him grounded. Brett serves in his local church while also serving his country as a US Navy Reservist after having spent 10 years active duty. He lives for God, Country, and Family.
