Look for a reason to celebrate. Life can be fun. It is a gift that you can make the most of. Spend time connecting with your relationships. Take time to focus on the present moment instead of worrying about the future or past.
If you still insist on searching for happiness, here are some questions that might be helpful to ask yourself:
1. What do I believe would make me happy?
2. If I acquired this thing, how would my life change for the better?
3. If I lost this thing, how would my life change for the worse?
4. Do I truly need this thing to experience happiness?
