England are winning with a new-look side in terms of their captain and coach whereas New Zealand despite playing a similar side that won them the first test championship have failed to win two close games so far in the series.
Though England were a bit lucky to chase down 277 and 299 in the fourth innings in the consecutive tests, it showed their changed mindset in Tests as they have done in ODIs in the recent past. New Zealand's batting has failed them, especially the top four. Daryl Mitchell and Tom Blundell have been the saviours for them.
Match Result
For this match, it’s 2-1 in favour of New Zealand with Ben and Rohit favouring New Zealand while Manish expects England to continue to do well.
Best Batsman
Joe Root is the obvious choice given the form he is in but Rohit thinks it will be Daryll Mitchell for New Zealand who will steal the show with the bat.
Best Bowler
The opinion is divided among Trent Boult and Tim Southee. Ben and Rohit back Southee whereas Manish thinks it will be Trent Boult who has 12 wickets in the series so far.
Man Of the Match
Manish favoured Ben Stokes as he pretty much owns Headingley. Whereas it was Tim Southee for Ben and Rohit.
