I don't know why we keep calling this a "dance" when dances are fun and this dynamic is not! But it is very real and very predictable.
It's so predictable that I've created a whole group around it. If you're a part of that, you're going to get a really good grip on your own attachment style, you'll learn to recognize signs of insecurity and emotional unavailability in others, and you'll learn how to shift to a securely attached style. Whether you're in a relationship or not, whether you want to be in one or not, being a securely attached person puts you in the most confident position for your life as an individual!
