Let’s catch up! Summer vacay, training stories, and back to school. This is a transitional time for those with kids going back to school. Let’s talk about how to show up for your training goals while still showing up for your kids. (Side note! There are plenty of nights we grab food at a drive-through. This is meant to spark ideas, not create unrealistic perfection.)
