Many people are amazed when I tell them that binaural rhythms can be used to aid weight loss. Let me start by being absolutely clear – listening to binaural rhythms will not miraculously cause your body fat to fall away. Instead, binaural rhythms help you to lose weight in two ways. The first is that they can suppress appetite cravings, reducing your tendency to snack or binge eat. Secondly, they can also help to address the issues of depression, anxiety, and stress, which can all contribute to an unhealthy weight gain. Ultimately, the best thing you can do for your physical and mental wellbeing is to eat better and exercise more frequently. But sometimes we need something a little bit extra to help in our weight loss goals, and for this purpose, binaural rhythms are worth a try. You should listen to it in a safe, relaxed environment, particularly when you are experiencing an urge to eat. Frequencies used: Delta 2hz, gamma 60hz; with subliminal weight loss messages.
