Adrian Hanks is an Inspirational Author, Coach, Psychotherapist and Speaker. He is also the Director of The Blue Wren Foundation (his charity organisation) He shares holistic health and wellbeing insights, wisdom and solutions through his writing, and with his 20 years of experience working as a counsellor and psychotherapist, leading edge master-coach, facilitator and trainer. Adrian is married with a blended family of 6 adult children and has 4 granddaughters and 2 Goddaughters. He lives on the Gold Coast and loves to body surf in the ocean, write and have lots of fun!
