In running as in life, there is Time & Place for everything. For great times, and not so great time. Like with the season, or any resource, it goes through a process. How does motivation fit into this? Is this perhaps the best excuse to not being motivated? It’s the season. Motivation comes and goes? Hey we have a very interesting topic and show coming up, but first the intro.

Running motivation, staying motivated, keeping that motivation level up….What sounds so logic and makes so much sense, all depends on your state of mind. If you are cool calm collect, hey it is so obvious and you can relate to this. It is all a process and there are ups and downs.

But what happens when we get worked up, caught maybe in the dealings of daily life. Work, running errands, and next this plan, the training is not happening like it should.

Or, perhaps for some of you…. Diving into the mainstream of social media, and suddenly all other runners seem to be doing far more miles than you. Have much faster times than you, and it seems like they have much more time than you ever will have for your running.
