The 11 points we cover:
Bonus: Allowing myself flexibility but not taking it too far where I just become flat out unreliable.
Accepting full responsibility for my health
Letting go of the shame I had attached to being unwell which means I can actually rest when I need to without it meaning anything about my level of worthiness.
I stopped looking for a quick fix.
Letting go of my need for people to understand what I’m going through and knowing that if I do want someone to understand, it is up to me to help them understand.
Just allowing myself to be unwell and grounding deeply into my worth and wisdom right there and no longer subscribing to the idea that I need to be in thriving health in order to live a deeply fulfilling life.
Celebrating my suffering as being the birthplace of my magnificence.
Deepening my understanding of the cycles and rhythms of life and gently ushering myself towards harmony with nature.
Finding the fine line between complaining and expressing where I’m at.
Catching myself in comparison and grounding myself back into the now
Seeking to know and love myself more deeply above all else.
Creating a life that accommodates for my health and the reality of my physical body at this point in time instead of trying to force myself into an unattainable lifestyle and then feeling like a failure.
