This was such a jam-packed weekend of fun and martial arts. We coached two of our kids to victory in Pankration @ Primal 4 and attended a fantastic No-Gi leg lock seminar & mobility seminar from Joey "The Real" Diehl. We were able to display what we've been working on but also add new tools and techniques to our belts. Do you know all of the basic leg lock positions?
