John Featherby is the owner of Shoremount, a Founding UK B Corp, a certification for meeting the highest standards of social and environmental impact and honoree in B Corp “Best For The World” list. They help companies explore and improve their impact across workers, community, environment and customers, improving performance and lowering risk.
He is also Senior Advisor to Blueprint for Better Business for large corporates and institutions. He sits on the Investment Committee for Resonance’s multi-award winning impact funds. He contributes to the Land Stewardship & Faith working group. He’s Contributing Editor of The Guide to C21st Organisations and is pioneering Teylus: a model for workplace community
