Hallo Healers! Der Slogan dieses Podcasts lautet: The healer is the one who heals themself. Allerdings heißt das nicht, dass wir das allein schaffen müssen. Deswegen geht es in diesem Podcast neben Selbstheilung, Selbstfindung, Selbstliebe und Selbstmitgefühl um Verhaltensmuster und Beziehungsdynamiken, um Selbstbilder und Weltbilder, um Glaubenssätze und Glaubenssysteme, um Emotionen und... ja, die menschliche Erfahrung an sich. Kurz gesagt geht es um Spiritualität gemixt mit Psychologie!
