Welcome to Uncovering Belonging, a podcast that explores the professional and personal stories of unique voices on what it means to belong and the journey to finding our authentic self. Lead by leaders in the inclusion, diversity, equity and accessibility space, Jade Pichette (they/them) and Erin Davis (she/her) work to create a psychologically safe space for all their guests to share their own journey to finding a sense of belonging and help listeners along the way to also be who they are.
 
A fresh discussion that guides the listener to understand how their office microculture affects performance and burnout. Five unique office environments are discussed as well as tools for the listener to use to determine where they fit best and why. We also discuss how to assess microcultures during a job search. We read letters from our listeners and discuss current concepts in burnout, recover and self-care.
