Welcome to the Live Less Afraid podcast where I normalize talking about mental health. My name is Michele Jones and every week, I’ll share how I am overcoming fear, anxiety, and imposter syndrome. I’ll discuss our most important relationship: the one we have with ourselves. We'll discuss how our thoughts & beliefs hold us back and how this impacts our business & our personal life.
