West Coast Cookbook & Speakeasy is Now Open! 8am-9am PT/ 11am-Noon ET for our especially special Daily Specials, Metro Shrimp & Grits Thursdays!
Starting off in the Bistro Cafe, another one of Trump’s lawyers is in very serious trouble.
Then, on the rest of the menu, the Los Angeles County Sheriff arrested two prominent critics of the department on trumped up corruption charges the district attorney previously refused to prosecute; California sued Amazon, accusing it of anti-competitive behavior; and, Phoenix Suns owner Robert Sarver is a racist, a sexist, and so rich that it doesn’t matter.
After the break, we move to the Chef’s Table where Typhoon Muifa threatens several major Chinese port cities; and, following a similar “bank withdrawal” late last week, a woman accompanied by activists and brandishing a toy pistol, broke into a Beirut, Lebanon bank branch and took $13,000 from her trapped savings, to pay for her sister’s cancer treatment.
All that and more, on West Coast Cookbook & Speakeasy with Chef de Cuisine Justice Putnam.
Bon Appétit!
