Paul Clingan, founder of Down Dog Athletics and former baseball player at Washington State University.
Paul found himself struggling with performance anxiety during his baseball playing days and it wasn’t until he found mindfulness in his life years later that things began to turn around for him.
Now, Paul helps athletic minded individuals bring a mindfulness approach to how they move their muscle. We share a lot of the same mission and training practices, so I’m excited to share his insights with how you can start taking a more mindful approach today.
