Christine Hofmann Diaz Biography
Christine was raised in Europe by Swiss and Colombian parents and obtained a Master’s degree in Communications from the University of Zurich. She worked for Microsoft before turning her attention to entrepreneurship and the franchising industry.
Her career has taken her from Europe to Canada and Mexico and she presently calls Nova Scotia, Canada home.
All too recently, Christine was in a marriage that increasingly inflicted significant physical and mental distress while she was raising two little children. During Covid, the situation worsened and she had to flee to a women’s shelter in order to leave her husband.
Through her healing journey, she found her purpose and became a certified narcissistic trauma informed coach. Christine seeks to help parents who are co-parenting with a narcissist pivot from feeling like powerless victims to reclaiming their truth and peace.
